Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Some orders may require extra third party services such as framing, digitising and boxing. An email will be sent to you to confirm any delays that may be expected with some orders.

The timeframe for delivery of pre-order goods will be clearly stated on the pre-order product. When pre-order goods are ready for dispatch, the goods will be mailed 1-3 business days thereafter.

We offer free domestic standard shipping for products over the value of $100 AUD. 

Products under $100 AUD: $15 shipping fee.

Domestic express shipping: $25 shipping fee.

Shipping of original pieces Internationally will incur a flat rate of $200 AUD.

Shipping times will defer if the dimensions of artwork are over 90 x 90 cm.

Yoga mats are mailed 1-3 business days after the order has been processed.

Artwork under 90 x 90 cm will be mailed 1-4 business days after the order has been processed if extra third party services are not required such as framing, custom boxing or digitising.

Deposits for a commission artwork cannot be paid for through Afterpay.

 

REPRODUCTION PRINTS

Reproduction prints are produced by a third party service provider, and are made to order.

They will take 1-2 weeks minimum turn to be printed; an email will be sent to the purchaser when the product has been shipped.
